Policy
Next business day delivery is available islandwide in Jamaica through the use of couriers. This costs $1500. Within the Kingston & St. Andrew area we offer local same-day delivery with a fee of $1000 and the areas of Portmore and Spanish town in St. Catherine also have same-day delivery, however the cost is $1500. Areas such as Harbor VIew and Palisadoes also have a $1500 fee attatched for same-day. We offer local pickup at the Constant Spring and Half-Way Tree police stations for a fee of $800. Dates and times will be set for our customers' products to be delivered or picked up (based on the delivery option chosen and your area) after they have arrived on the island.
Refund & Exchange
We offer warranty on our brand new products for up to 14 days (excluding accessories and wearables which are not under warranty). Our warranty does not cover water damage, fall damage or buyer's remorse. Items under warranty can be exchanged for something of equal or lesser value if the customer wishes to do a return. This is only applicable during the warranty period which is initiated immediately after delivery/pickup. Second hand goods have no warranty and are sold as-is with no option of return, exchange or refund. Buy at your own risk.
