Our return and warranty policy is as follows: All sales of second-hand devices are final; no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. New devices are covered by a 14-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, which applies only to manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes damages caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, water damage, fall damage, or issues arising from buyer’s remorse. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, which are subject to inspection.
