Same-day delivery is only available for orders placed and reflected in one of our bank accounts before 11 AM on weekdays and for select areas in Kingston, St. Andrew, and St. Catherine. Orders reflected after 11 AM or from outside the designated areas will be processed for two business days or less delivery regardless of the selected delivery option.

Our return and warranty policy is as follows: All sales of second-hand devices are final; no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. New devices are covered by a 14-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, which applies only to manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes damages caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, water damage, fall damage, or issues arising from buyer’s remorse. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, which are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
